Senior Manager SAM & Legal:-

We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager SAM & Legal. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist Head Business in preparation and implementation of SAM policies, strategies and plans for recovery of stuck up loans portfolio of the Bank.
• Acquire, develop and retain Recovery Team for handling of SAM portfolio.
• Assign and monitor recovery targets to each team member at Branch / Area level.
• Ensure to achieve all targets assigned to SAM/Legal by the Management.
• Review Rescheduling / Restructuring / Settlement and Waiver proposals and arrange approvals.
• Guide & support team for Negotiations with the borrowers and provide technical assistance for solving the problems loans and devise various settlement ways.
• Monitor legal cases and find out ways for settlement.
• Keep close liaison with Region/Area/Branch Managers for completion of SAM tasks.
• Maintain accurate and complete data and records of SAM portfolio and legal suites.
• Prepare & share effective MIS of SAM portfolio and legal cases with Management.
• Monitor & evaluate overall performance of SAM & Legal Unit.
• Ensure timely generation & submission of error free reports to relevant offices.
• Ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies and SOPs.
• Any other task assigned by Management.

Qualification:           

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Preferably Masters or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.

Experience:

The ideal candidate must have at least 08 years of relevant banking experience

Senior Manager Liability:-

We are seeking applications for the position of Senior Manager Liability. It is a national level position and will be responsible for deposits mobilization. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute deposits mobilization strategy and plan of the Bank.
• Build, train and manage sales team for deposits mobilization.
• Assign monthly, quarterly and yearly deposit targets to the Team.
• Coordinate with Regional & Area Managers for ensuring achievement of deposit targets by each branch.
• Set and achieve deposit mix and cost of funds of the Bank in coordination with Finance.
• Gather market intelligence and recommend new deposits products and changes in existing products.

• Liaise with all key stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Risk etc. as per business needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key deposit clients.
• Prepare marketing & sales strategy to target deposit customers with the objective to maximize deposit portfolio of the Bank.
• Arrange periodical surveys for gathering client feedback and preferences for necessary improvements in products and delivery services.
• Ensure compliance of regulations and SOPs of SBP and own Bank.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

We are seeking applications for the position of Manager Treasury & Institutional Banking. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with financial institutions (banks, investment, leasing, insurance companies, mutual funds, Islamic institutions, etc.) for arranging credit lines and funds for the Bank.
• Supervise treasury functions and services of the Bank.
• Assist in formulating, implementing and managing new Treasury Products & Services.
• Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.
• To manage all aspects of investment portfolios of the Bank.
• Ensure compliance of investment / disinvestment proposals being executed in line with rules, regulations and internal policies.
• Continuously monitor the rate of return offered by financial institutions. In case there is any better opportunity for investment, the same must be discussed with CFO.
• Manage long-term and short-term investment and funding needs of the bank.
• Evaluates alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines.
• Prepares Comparative Statement of investment options available with the bank as per the ‘Risk Management Manual’.
• Grow the portfolio by marketing and initiating new corporate relationships, Diversify Earning Assets, Improve profitability and earning assets. Also oversee key accounts to remain current with client needs.
• Ensure continuous improvement in quality of proposals. Provide structured finance solutions and cross sell syndication mandates for Institutional Banking.
• Ensure that client portfolios adhere to risk policy, procedures, reporting and provisioning requirements according to SBP regulations.
• Continuously work towards improving the portfolio’s overall risk profile to ensure accounts are not classified as NPL.
• To achieve business targets as per approved budgets.
• Develop & motivate team members for handling higher responsibilities.
• Any other task assigned by Management.
