The CDA offers internships in various trades such as Human Resources HR/Admin, Estate, Environment, Engineering, Finance, and Planning & Design. Applications that meet the educational requirements and other terms and conditions must appear in the interviews.

• HR/Admin: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Law, Mass Communication, Sports Sciences & Physical Education, or Computer Sciences.
• Estate: At least a Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration/Management, Finance/Accounts/Marketing, Law, Computer Science, or Social Studies).
• Environment: Minimum Bachelor’s Degrees in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Engineering: Bachelor’s Degree Qualifications in Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, or Public Administration.
• Finance: Minimum Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Public Administration-related fields.
• Planning and Design: BSc City & Regional, B. Architecture, or BSc Civil Engineering.

• The duration of the CDA Internship Program 2023 is six months. Selected interns would be paid Rs. 40,000 per month under this scheme. Candidates who are less than 28 years of age on the date of the interview and have the requisite educational qualifications within the last three years are applicable.
• The internship does not constitute an offer of employment or a right to employment/regularization, etc. Thus, interns will only be entitled to the aforementioned lump-sum compensation and will be subject to CDA regulations regarding disciplinary issues and confidentiality.
